Available Sizes

10m x 3m

Our current leading seller is the 10m x 3m footprint trailer. With an overall length of 12.1m, the drawbar is configured to be able to secure your airconditioner in place.

8.5m x 3m

We also have a slightly shorter 8.5m x 3m footprint trailer in case you want that extra width, but don't have the space to fit the trailer.

11m x 3.5m

Coming Soon We're waiting on upcoming National Transport rule changes due in August 2026 before releasing information on our 11m x 3.5m footprint trailers which will give builders an extra few square meters of floor area to add to your house design.

    The Specs

    GVM

    Build houses with a GVM up to 10 tonne and a 4.6m height with our 10m x 3m base.

    Axles

    Dual-axle option provides 5.0T per axle allowing a GVM up to 10 tonnes with air brakes, enhancing towing stability, and optimal load distribution for large or heavy tiny houses.

    This tri-axle trailer provides maximum weight of 1.5T per axle giving a GVM up to 4.5 tonnes with electric brakes.

    The build area on our trailers gives you maximum usable space while remaining road-legal.

    Taking the 10m x 3m as our case study, you can built to a height of 4.6m with a GVM of 10 tonnes.

    No - pricing is excluding GST and delivery. Your invoice will itemise these separately.
